Octopus with gallega
- an octopus (about 2kg)
- 500g potato
- olive oil
- Boil the octopus for 1 hour.
- Drain off the water and let the octopus rest.
- Cut the octopus into 2cm pieces and boil the potatoes for 25 minutes.
- Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Place the potatoes on a plate with the octopus pieces on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper and paprika.
