Octopus with gallega

  • an octopus (about 2kg)
  • 500g potato
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • olive oil
  1. Boil the octopus for 1 hour.
  2. Drain off the water and let the octopus rest.
  3. Cut the octopus into 2cm pieces and boil the potatoes for 25 minutes.
  4. Cut the potatoes into slices.
  5. Place the potatoes on a plate with the octopus pieces on top.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, pepper and paprika.
