Baked fillets

  • 800g Cod fish fillets
  • olive oil
  • chickpeas, garlic, peppers, cumin, coriander
  • concentrated tomato
  • salt and sugar
  1. Heat the olive oil, add chickpeas, garlic, peppers, tomato sauce, cumin, turmeric (or saffron), cilantro, salt and sugar.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place the fillets on top of each other over the sauce. Add a few spoons of the sauce to the fillets so that the fish is well soaked in the sauce.
  4. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
