- 800g Cod fish fillets
- olive oil
- chickpeas, garlic, peppers, cumin, coriander
- concentrated tomato
- salt and sugar
- Heat the olive oil, add chickpeas, garlic, peppers, tomato sauce, cumin, turmeric (or saffron), cilantro, salt and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Place the fillets on top of each other over the sauce. Add a few spoons of the sauce to the fillets so that the fish is well soaked in the sauce.
- Cook uncovered for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
